Any high school senior residing in Hillsborough can apply for an HEF scholarship.  Scholarship decisions are based on the following:

• Quality of student essays

• Contributions to the school and community as demonstrated through extracurricular activities

• Grades

While the criteria listed above are the primary items evaluated by the committee during the scholarship review process, there may be other factors considered and used to determine recipients.
